Welcome to Thistle And Rose Arts’ consultancy services. We’re passionate about developing the best leadership in theatre and the arts and we want to help you achieve your creative vision.
When I was first starting out as a creative entrepreneur, producing my first plays, I had no one to ask for consistent, hands-on help. In our industry, you either pay someone to do the work for you, have a light touch mentor who meets you for occasional advice or you go it alone, stumbling in the dark, trying to make the right decisions.
With my extensive experience in the industry, I’m here to guide you through the intricacies of fundraising, producing and scaling up your arts organisation.

Why Choose Us?
Hannah spent her formative years in the industry working in every conceivable environment. From youth outreach in Huddersfield to large-scale production at the London Palladium, touring a digital screening around a Hebridean island to casting in Stratford-Upon-Avon, she’s seen an awful lot. When faced with a bit of paid leave, she chose to take a leap of faith and produce a programme of work at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2023, raising £55,000 in just five months and coordinating the delivery of five productions at the same time with one part-time assistant.
